This notice explains how Reapool Limited, trading as Eteego, handles personal data, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Reapool Limited, company number 10157150, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, is the data controller for your account data. For employee data you put into Eteego, you are the controller and we are your processor.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, work email, company, and login information.
- Billing details, handled by our payment provider Stripe.
- Content you add: cases, documents, notes and HR records.
- Usage data to keep the service secure and working.
Why we use it
- To provide and secure the service (our contract with you).
- To take payment (contract and our legitimate interest).
- To meet legal obligations.
- To improve the service (legitimate interest).
Sharing
We use trusted providers to run Eteego, including hosting, our database (Supabase), payments (Stripe) and our AI assistant (Anthropic). They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell your data.
International transfers
Most of your data is stored in UK or EU regions. Where a provider, including our AI assistant, processes data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses, or the provider's own UK/EU data processing terms.
Storage and security
Data is stored securely with encryption and access controls. We keep UK and EU regions where possible. We keep case, employee and account data for as long as your account is active, and for up to 6 years afterwards to meet standard UK employment record-keeping expectations, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain uses. Email hello@eteego.com. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Employee data
When you add employee records, you are responsible for telling your employees how their data is used. We process it for you under our terms.
