This policy explains refunds and cancellation for Eteego subscriptions, alongside your rights under UK consumer law.
Minimum term
Subscriptions have a minimum term of three months. By subscribing you commit to that initial period.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by giving 30 days notice. Your cancellation takes effect after the notice period, and after any remaining part of your minimum term. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
- Monthly fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, because the service is made available to you for that period.
- If we are at fault, for example the service is unavailable for a sustained period due to us, contact us and we will put it right, which may include a fair credit or refund.
- Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
How to cancel or ask for a refund
Email hello@eteego.com with your company name. We will confirm your cancellation date and any amounts due.
