These terms govern your use of Eteego, provided by Reapool Limited, trading as Eteego ("we", "us"). By subscribing you agree to them.
1. The service
Eteego is a fractional HR support service with a HR hub. It helps you manage HR matters and gives general guidance. It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for a solicitor.
2. Plans and payment
Plans are Lite (£69), Starter (£99) and Growth (£199) per month, a flat fee per company. Fees are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
3. Minimum term and cancellation
Subscriptions run on a minimum term of three months. After that they continue monthly. To cancel, give us 30 days notice. You keep access until the end of your paid period. See our Refund policy for what this means for fees already paid.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the decisions you make and for keeping your account details secure. You agree to use Eteego lawfully and not to misuse the platform or upload unlawful content.
5. Fractional HR hours
Each plan includes a set number of fractional HR hours per month. Unused hours do not roll over unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. Data
We handle personal data in line with our Privacy policy and UK data protection law. You remain the controller of your employees' data; we process it on your behalf.
7. Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Referrals
Our referral programme pays 10% of a referred company's signup fee once that company has paid its first month's invoice. Full terms are shared when you join the programme.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
