3. Account Registration and Use

To use certain features of Eteego, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 5. Job Seeker Responsibilities

As a job seeker, you agree to:

• Not engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities, including submitting false applications or misrepresenting your qualifications.

You understand that Eteego does not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes.

6. Employer Responsibilities

As an employer, you agree to:

• Post only accurate and truthful job listings.
• Ensure that your job listings comply with all applicable laws, including employment laws and anti-discrimination regulations.
• Not post discriminatory, misleading, or illegal job listings.
• Review applicants fairly and in accordance with your own hiring processes.

You understand that Eteego does not guarantee the suitability of any candidates for your job openings.

7. User Content

By submitting content to Eteego, including resumes, job listings, and messages, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the scope of providing the Services.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you agree not to post or transmit any content that is defamatory, offensive, illegal, or violates the rights of others.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following prohibited conduct:

• Uploading or distributing harmful, unlawful, or objectionable content.
• Using the platform for unsolicited advertising or spam.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit any aspect of the platform's functionality.
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users.
